The New Zealand Au Pair Association (NZAPA) was founded as we recognised the growing need for a national organisation which would aid in supporting families and Au Pairs as well as ensure that quality is maintained by local Au Pair agencies.
Au Pair agencies who are members of the NZAPA must meet firm business and ethical standards as well as agree to the NZAPA’s code of conduct. The NZAPA’s standards are based on the International Au Pair Associations (IAPA) guidelines and values. Based on this we also ensure that all our members agree to fair trading conditions as well as maintain a high level of integrity.
